SCHOOL PERFORMANCE PLAN

roadmap

A School Performance Plan (SPP) is a strategic document that outlines how a school plans to improve student achievement and overall school performance.

It typically includes:

  • Data Review – Analysis of student achievement, attendance, behavior, and other schoolwide data.

  • Goals – Specific, measurable targets for student learning and growth (for example, increasing reading proficiency by a certain percentage).

  • Action Steps – The strategies, programs, and instructional practices teachers and staff will use to reach those goals.

  • Monitoring – How progress will be measured (benchmarks, assessments, teacher observations).

  • Support Systems – Resources, professional development, and interventions the school will provide to help students and staff succeed.

In short, the SPP is like the school’s “roadmap for improvement.” It’s often required by districts or states and usually reviewed or updated each year to reflect progress and new needs.

Family Data Day
Join us for Family Data Day! This is a chance for you to meet with teachers, learn more about your child’s progress, and celebrate their growth. We’ll look at student work and assessment results together, explain what the data means, and talk about ways you can support learning at home. Family Data Day is all about working as a team—school and family—to help every student succeed!

Data meetings can be set between 8am and 2pm to meet about your child's growth and progress at school on one of the days listed. These meetings will last about 20 minutes.

Upcoming Family Data Days are:

- Monday, September 8th

- Friday, September 26th

- Tuesday, October 21st

- Wednesday, November 19th

-Thursday, December 11th
