Meet our Founding Father, Dr. Fred Traner

Dr. Fred Traner (1886-1963) was an outstanding educator, teacher and Dean of the School of Education at the University of Nevada from 1915-1952. Dr. Traner was honored on May 3, 1961 by Washoe County School District with naming rights of Traner Middle School.
