School Performance Plan

A School Performance Plan (SPP) is a formal, data-driven planning document used by a school to identify areas of need, set improvement goals, and outline specific actions to improve student outcomes. It serves as a roadmap for continuous school improvement and accountability.Traner School Performance Plan 12.1.25

Additional Targeted Support and Improvement (ATSI)
ATSI refers to a designation given to schools under Nevada's federally-approved Every Student Succeeds Act (ESSA) Plan. ATSI schools have very low-performing student subgroups that, if those subgroups' performance were considered on their own, would lead to a Comprehensive Support and Improvement (CSI) designation.

In short, these are schools identified as needing improvement due to the consistently low performance of specific student groups.
